Welcome to the Ignite Youth Sports Soccer League hosted by Howland United Methodist Church! Our league provides a fantastic opportunity for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade to participate in a fun and engaging soccer program.

Program Overview:

• Ages: Kindergarten - 6th Grade
• Season: January 29th - March 23rd, 2024
• Practices: One practice per week
• Games: One game per week
• Focus: Fundamental soccer skills and character development
• Minimally Competitive Environment

Program Highlights:

1. Fundamental Soccer Skills: Participants will learn and improve their fundamental soccer skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense. Our experienced coaches will provide age-appropriate instruction to ensure each player develops their abilities.
2. Character Development: We believe in the holistic development of our participants. Along with soccer skills, we incorporate weekly devotion lessons to instill values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance. Our goal is to help children grow not only as athletes but as individuals of strong character.
3. Interactive Halftime Games: During halftime breaks, we engage the players with interactive games and challenges, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved. It's an opportunity for kids to showcase their skills, have fun, and foster camaraderie among teammates.
4. Registration Details: Early registration is available for $55 until January 15th. After that, the cost increases to $67. The registration fee includes a jersey, photo magnet, and end-of-season awards ceremony. Don't miss the chance to secure your spot and take advantage of the discounted rate!
